As a preceptee nurse, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week (12 hour shifts) at Crossley Place where you will help women with complex mental health needs through their recovery pathway to lead as fulfilling and independent life as possible.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, a good amount of routine and colleagues there to help and encourage you.

Crossley Place is a specialist apartment-based model of care for women with complex mental health needs. The service is aimed at individuals who challenge mainstream services which traditionally offer a more hospital or ward based approach, with little or no alternatives to this. The single apartment model and clinical approach places the patient at the heart of all we do and has a real influence on how their care and treatment is driven.
