Introduction

Are you passionate about developing leaders and creating learning experiences that drive meaningful organisational change? Join Elysium Healthcare as the Learning & Development Partner – Leadership and Management to shape and deliver leadership development programmes that build capability, strengthen succession pipelines, and support outstanding care across the organisation.

This is a strategic and impactful role where you will work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and operational teams to identify leadership development needs and design solutions that support both current and future workforce priorities. You'll play a key role in building leadership capability across all levels, from aspiring and first-line managers through to senior and clinical leaders.

As a trusted expert in leadership and management development, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an organisation-wide leadership development framework. Using organisational insight, talent data, succession planning information, employee feedback, and performance trends, you will identify capability gaps and create evidence-based learning solutions that deliver measurable results.

You will design and deliver engaging blended learning programmes, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, action learning, digital learning, and leadership development initiatives. Through high-quality facilitation and stakeholder engagement, you will help leaders develop the skills, behaviours, and confidence needed to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, you will support talent management and succession planning activities, helping to identify and develop future leaders across the organisation. You'll create targeted interventions that strengthen leadership pipelines and support colleagues in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of an organisation-wide leadership and management development portfolio aligned to strategic, workforce and operational priorities.
  • Quality, accessibility, consistency and measurable impact of leadership development interventions.

  • High-quality consultancy, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder support across leadership populations.
  • Sustainable coaching, mentoring and internal facilitator capability.
  • Evidence-based evaluation, senior stakeholder reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Effective partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify, develop and accelerate key talent and leadership capability across the organisation.

  • Commercially aware, outcomes-focused and able to manage competing priorities autonomously.
  • Collaborative, innovative and inclusive approach.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulation and operational environments (desirable).

Experience

  • Significant experience of designing and delivering leadership development across different management and leadership levels.
  • Experience of operating in a complex, geographically dispersed or regulated organisation.
  • Proven ability to diagnose capability requirements and translate them into practical, scalable development solutions.
  • Strong facilitation experience across face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Experience of influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging requirements.
