Join the team at Alexandra Gardens in Hounslow as an experienced Registered Manager, where you will lead and develop the services to deliver specialist care.

You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week at Alexandra Gardens, a specialist residential service that supports adults of all gender identities. • Supporting and developing your team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment where colleagues feel supported to grow and thrive in their roles
  • Working closely with families, advocates, and external professionals to build strong partnerships that enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for residents
  • Upholding the values of Elysium Healthcare, ensuring that care remains at the heart of every decision, from day-to-day support through to long-term planning

To be successful as Registered Manager, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and a commitment to continually improving the quality of care and outcomes for those we support
  •  A strong track record in a management role within the healthcare sector, with experience of leading teams in a residential or specialist setting
  • Experience as a Registered Manager, with a good understanding of the responsibilities and expectations that come with the role
  • A warm, inclusive, and supportive management style, balanced with the confidence to lead, inspire, and guide your team
  • A thoughtful approach to service development and people management, with the ability to support financial sustainability in a way that never compromises on care
